Balcony wall-mounted solar water heating system
Principle of operation
In this system, the heat collector and the hot water storage tank are separated in structure, and the hot water storage tank must be placed above the heat collector. Replacement heat device and electric auxiliary heating device in the hot water storage tank. The temperature of the collector receiving the sun increases, and the temperature of the heat medium in the collector and the heat exchange device is different, resulting in a density difference, which generates a weak circulation power, that is, the thermosiphon phenomenon, which promotes the heat medium between the heat collector and the heat exchange device. Naturally flowing, the heat medium exchanges heat with the water in the hot water storage tank through the heat exchange device to heat the water in the hot water storage tank. The hot water supply adopts the top water supply, which ensures the same pressure of cold and hot water supply, which is convenient and comfortable to use. The combination of solar energy system and conventional energy (electricity) realizes all-weather hot water supply.
System characteristics
1.The heat collector is separated from the hot water storage tank, and the heat collector is easy to integrate with the architectural appearance.
2.The collector is installed on the outer wall of the balcony to solve the problem of insufficient solar installation area on the roof of high-rise buildings.
3.The heat collector is manufactured with advanced science and technology, with fast hot start, high efficiency, and eliminates the risk of water leakage.
4.The hot water storage tank adopts an enamel-lined pressure-bearing water tank, which has sanitary water quality, high pressure-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance and long service life.
5.Pressure-bearing system, closed circulation, indirect heat exchange, good water quality; pressure-bearing water supply, high comfort.
6.Each household has a set of systems, and the water and electricity consumption is measured by households. Residents can use it as they live without billing disputes, which is convenient for property management.
